WORST LUNCHEON AND DINING EXPERIENCE IVE HAD
Poorest customer service ever experienced. You will do yourself and your friends and colleagues a favor by eating somewhere else.other than this place. Let me explain: I was one of their most regular customers this year. I have given them over $2,000. worth of business this year. The are staffed by young people who dont give a damn about making money for the owner.
I walked in with a business colleague for lunch and proceeded to a table than could sit four. The waitress called Chelsea immediately came over and said we could not sit there since it was a table for four and we were only two persons. I explain to her that the tables for two were snack in the middle of other tables nearby and there was no privacy. And we wanted to be private with business matters to talk over.
She insisted we could not sit at that table and even her manger, a kid from France piped up and said it was for four and we could not sit there.
So we obediently took a table for two and agreed to discuss our business matters another day.
Within minutes, and I have to repeat, within minutes, they gave the table we wanted to 2 guys who just had coffee and their bill probably amounted to $12.00. Our bill came to $62.00. So they sat two people there and refused to sit us there. Yet we were regular customers and I have never seen them before.
So, the lesson in all of this is: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, STUPIDITY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE and LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I will NEVER go back. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants from which to choose in the neighborhood. The customer service in this place SUCKS to say the least. They dont deserve to be in business.
